CenoPDF 3.1.40 is an add-in for Microsoft Office programs. The application allows you to edit, save and create interactive PDF files from within Microsoft Office. Using this add-in, you can create interactive (fillable forms and documents) and save them to PDF format. CenoPDF installs itself as an add-in for Microsoft Office, in the form of a contextual menu and a toolbar in Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel and PowerPoint. When you are working with a document, you can simply access the toolbar or the menu to add any of the many features CenoPDF offers. If you take a look at the developer's website, you will see how easy it is to create forms in a .doc file. You can add fillable text files, and those can even be customized in terms of looks and function. A nice and well-thought aspect of this app is that all the fields that you create can be multi-selected and you can change properties on more than one of them at the same time. This comes in handy when you need to change all the fields in a text and simply don't want to waste time doing them one at a time. There are several types of fields that you can add, and there are also many annotation types that you can count on to leave a message on your documents. The list of features goes on and on and perhaps the most interesting one is that CenoPDF does not require any external software to create PDF files. At $59.95, it isn't on the affordable side, though.
